NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - The Nebraska City Council met in person for the first time since stay-at-home restrictions eased in Nebraska.
Interim city administrator Marty Stovall told KXCV/KRNW that although the state is reopening, that won't be the case for everyone.
Stovall also says that the council approved a resolution for construction completion for the 4th Corso Viaduct.
